“A mini dinner”, a great way to serve a tasty meal with a casual feel when you want more than canapés but perhaps do not have the space for a seated dinner. Bowl food is served to your guests in the same way that canapés would be, avoiding queues at buffet stations, making it a quicker option for networking events or any large gathering.
